This item is made using high strength glue and rhinestones. Although I use a generous amount of glue- glue specifically used for fabric with rhinestones, and ensure the glue has completely cured over 24hrs prior to shipment... with the abuse our crew bags take on a daily basis it will be inevitable that eventually you'll loose some of the stones.
Because of this, your package will come with a few extra rhinestones that you can use to replace that may eventually fall off. Thus, hopefully extending the lifespan of your Crew Tag.
Rhinestoned Items are Non-Refundable, However if you have an issues please feel free to reach out to me through Etsy!

Each Keychain/Bag-tag is double-sided with the same rhinestoned pattern on each side.
