Flight Flair – Return & Refund Policy
A quick note: This policy applies to purchases made through our Shopify store. Orders placed through our Etsy shop are covered by Etsy’s return policy.
Handmade with care: All of our items are handmade, so slight variations and tiny imperfections are part of their charm. We hope you love the uniqueness of your item! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us at FlightFlair737@gmail.com—we’re happy to review your concerns and see if there’s anything we can do.
Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 2 business days before contacting us. Sometimes packages are marked delivered in the shippers system and typically arrive within 1–2 Business days.

We understand missing items can be frustrating! As a small business, before issuing a refund or replacement, we’ll work with our shipping partners to try to locate your package.

We can only assist with replacements or refunds after the 2-day window has passed.
Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at FlightFlair737@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a free replacement whenever possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Customized or personalized orders (unless purchased through Etsy)

Items with rhinestones

Sale items or gift cards

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, but are generally not accepted.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (once accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return shipping and original shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
