Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Most orders ship sooner whenever possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.

While most orders ship within this timeframe, processing may occasionally take longer depending on order volume, product availability, customization, or other circumstances. If an order is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will make every effort to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Shipping options and estimated delivery speeds will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by:

  • weather

  • holidays

  • carrier delays

  • high shipping volume

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors

  • checking with your local post office

  • contacting the carrier directly

We will gladly assist you in locating your package whenever possible.

While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
